Healthy Muesli

12 Jan

OLYMPUS DIGITAL CAMERA I was recently in Budapest and just a couple hundred meters from my hotel was this amazing food market. It had all sorts of food from spicy sausages to fruit and vegetables. One thing that really drew my attention was a dried fruit stand. It had really unusual things like dried kiwi, dried strawberries and dried aloe vera. It was so cool. So of course I had to buy a few! So after much contemplating, I went for cherries, kiwi, strawberries and melon. Then while carting around an extremely heavy bag of dried fruit, I realized I had no clue what to do with all of it so this was my inspiration for this recipe.
